Got my iPhone 6 plus on Friday itself dive I pre-ordered it. I somehow find it too big for my liking. Liked my wife's iPhone 6 better mainly due to size. I am gonna return Plus and will get 6 instead.

Coming to iOS 8, no change to the lay out of the phone. Few things are nice. However, I think it works best on 5s onwards. I downloaded on my iPhone 5 and it didn't impress me much.

Iphone 5s sale on amazon.in now on for 32k for the 16 gb model. Good deal, but I need more memory. I think about 25 units are on sale now for folks that are awake.

Moreover, get Rs.1250 cashback by paying through SBI credit card. Great offer for a great phone.

It's the deal of the day today @amazon, the seller seems new with only a handful reviews on amazon, which don't seem encouraging. Since its amazon fulfilled, I guess amazon will help in case of delivery or merchandise quality issues?

Yeah, saw the offer at midnight, thought of buying it and then put it off. The price was really inciting though. Not sure if it will go any lower.

Looking forward to Nexus 6 whenever that arrives.

do you think Apple will do with 5S and 5C what they did with 4S and 4 - make only 8GB version available? so far all sizes seem to be available.

If you are open for Android then did you also look at new MotoX? Man that is really a smarter phone, smartest amongst all. Sorry to say but iPhone suddenly starts feeling like bit ancient in front of MotoX. And then look at the price difference :D

I think it will be only with the 5C. Here now the 5C is available only in 8GB, and 5S comes with 16 and 32GB. Infact 5S is the only iPhone now with 32GB storage :)

If it's 5S try and get the 32GB. With the new age apps, 16 GB get filled up pretty fast!

yep, getting the 32GB space gray. not very impressed with iPhone 6 and don't think i'll warm up to it any time soon.

I am looking for my first Android. I have - but the leaked specs of Nexus make Moto look ancient! However all said and done - I am not sure how much of a difference a 720p to 1080p makes on a 5 inch phone? You literally need to have a supervision to see any difference.

Iphone - forget the specs, but the phone works well, However, its the restrictions Apple puts on its users I cannot live with. The iphone is actually a testament that you do not need crazy specs (talk about 2K Display on a 5 inch) to make a good phone, only if the ecosystem was open, it would make a great buy. Right now, most of us buy it just because it is an Iphone!

Sir, its not about specs war. As you also said that iPhone is not about specs, same goes for MotoX in the Android world. Specs are great of both iPhone and MotoX.

I was talking about the 'smart' features MotoX offers over any other smartphone, the way it adopts to you just makes it more out of all others.

About iPhone, its not that useful in India like how the Android can be. For instance the Google Now voice commands, they work perfectly in India but same can't be said for Siri. Same goes for other features.

Sorry if my posts feel OT, but IMO you can't just get away by comparing an iPhone with another iPhone. There must be some space for other thing as well, otherwise iPhone discussions will also turn out 'closed' like Apple ecosystem?

Please let us know about the deal you got for the 32 Gig version. I dont think the prices for the 32 nd 64 Gig has come down. It is only the 16 GB version that has been hit by the IP6 wave.
