Apple Wallet/Pay does not work in India and neither does Gpay support NFC when used in an iPhone. What's the way out ?

Thanks for sharing. I just installed and found it free version (while installing from Google Play store no mention of price) and upon using it, simple ask is to move from which device to which device. Don't find any paid options. Am I missing anything?

Edit: I see option of Premium charging 1300 INR as yearly for Whatsapp but no mention on the features. Do you have any reviews on free version?

Edit: Gone through complete FAQ, free version only supports 50 messages.

Facing a strange issue with my WhatsApp.

My media auto download is selected to off for all media, but it randomly switches to Wi-Fi & Cellular for photos and Wi-Fi for other media. And my Photos on iCloud & Google get flooded :-(.

How to disable it permanently?

To create a .nomedia file

Alternatively, you can create a .nomedia file in the WhatsApp images folder. Please note this will hide all your WhatsApp photos from your phone's gallery.
  1. Download a file explorer from the Google Play Store.
  2. In the file explorer, go to Images/WhatsApp Images/.
  3. Create a file named .nomedia, including the period.
  4. If you want to view your photos in your phone's gallery later, simply delete the .nomedia file.

Same issue here. iPhone SE2020. Another friend with a 6S also has same issue. Looks like latest version of WA has this bug for iOS devices. To replicate, you can force close the app and reopen. All media auto download options get reset then.

It’s a bug with Whatsapp and apparently it exists even in Whatsapp beta.:Frustrati As of now, set the Auto-Download as per your requirement and don’t close Whatsapp from multitasking and it will stay as is.

The latest update of WhatsApp 2.22.10.78 fixes this issue. Atleast it did for me.

As suggested by @DRIV3R, updated my WhatsApp to 2.22.10.78 & the issue has been resolved for me too. I am on the XS Max.

I’m getting pretty bad battery life on my iPhone 12. I’m not a heavy user but I have to charge it every alternate day. This was not the case when I bought it around 6 months ago.
A look at the battery app shows that WhatsApp is consuming a lot of juice

Anyone else facing this issue?

Yes, the update fixed the issue. Thank You everyone :-).

Check if its trying to backup your chats. It sometimes drains battery by trying to backup in the background but failing to finish and then trying again. So just try going to the Chat backup page and manually starting a backup and letting it finish, then see over a couple of days how the battery drain is.

Hi dears
Any one know how to do ringer sound automation? At office time Ringer sound 10% and at home 70% like that? Is it possible to do with automation?
There are some options for timely media volume adjustments but i didn't find ringer volume automation.

My 13 Promax has dipped to 98% battery life after exactly 7-months of usage.

Hoping the battery detonation will now stay stable as I note at 98% the phone stays for longest time.

Wait, what? :Shockked:

I seriously hope that’s a typo, a detonating battery cannot be good at any percentage. rl:
