Is there a way i can access the footage stored in a memory card in TP Link Tapo C 200 security camera on my laptop?

Bhpians,
Could someone please recommend a good duplicate photo remover tool?
Not looking for paid pro versions, looking for something to clean up my backup drives and free up some space. [Windows 10, 64bit]

I came across these online, some are not free, any feedback, alternatives, recommendations, are much appreciated.

1. Duplicate Photos fixer - Interface looks pretty clean and easy to use, not Free.
2. Other free ones look a bit shady.

Feedback on VLC player, please. Asking after a quick google search.

OK to use ? Can we download it here ? (I havent tried #2 since I want to know #1)

Been using VLC since years now. Best player around. Free to download and safe. Will run all file formats.
