@Gautam

Don't you like the Palio ?
Old palio was one solid car, nice ride and handles ok.

New one I don't know.
But from the reviews elsewhere in team-bhp I think its good.

Any new Palio guys want to help out here ?
Or do you want to wait for the Grant Punto ? later this year or so I read

I appreciate your point about not wanting to buy the same car again, but IMO you would do very well to consider the Tata Indigo CS Dicor which is truly an excellent and Value For Money vehicle - in your budget too!

Its rather like a large hatchback/notchback and is certainly an improvement on the general hatchbacks because of its separate boot.
Spacious, Comfortable, Good Engine and all the rest of it. And we all know that Tata gives the common man a whole lot of Bells and Whistles with all their vehicles at a very fair price!

Just need a good city car and average highway cruiser now.

TDed the Swift VXI today as had gone to meet a friend who works in RNS. Same issue as always - space. Due to my sit-back posture for driving, An average guy cannot sit behind me comfortably. Second, My wife just cannot drive it as she cannot see half the road ahead and is kind of scared with it.

Yup, Indigo CS rear look good unlike the old indigo which is ugly.
CS has a nice back, I believe the new lights are the thing which has done the magic.

Swift is no better and so is the Dezire and the new Palio as well.
CS IMO is has the best "back" of the lot.

don't tell anyone. I do have a Swift

Anyone for Sir Mix-a-lot's Baby got Back???! Being an Indica owner, I am still no-go for the Indigo / CS / Indica / Swift / Renault (Mahindra) Logan's back. In recent (could be recent-long) days, Civic had the best "back"..!
