Yes sir! This is a Gallardo and probably the one Arush was saying he was gonna test drive and post a review, the one from delhi caught in teh DRI net. Any other 'company' sports/super cars were showcased??

PS KP i guess the mods would be happy and you would be better off if you blacken the reg numbers on private cars showcased at the auto-expo

EDIT : was this car a showcar for some magazine?? I remember seeing the Fort GT40 kit car at a magazines' stall a few years back at auto-expo.

Only other sports car was the ford focus already posted...
there were many Audi's... quattro, A6, A8..
I've only covered half the expo so far... will be going tomorrow also...

they are there on the EXPOsure .
thousands of their pics will be on the net in next few days.

i understand, but i was thinking of the pain mods may have to go thru, to edit each of them.

AUTO EXPO DAY 1

On a cold morning day it took me and fellow t-bhpian amit1101 one hr. to reach the autoexpo from my house at faridabad...
went to online reg. counter at gate 2 to get passes, they did'nt even ask for any ID....its working as navinji said
went straight into hall 2, just looked down and i saw FORD MUSTANG.
reached the GF of hall 2 and saw some hybrid scorpios and boleros
ford and the honda were both in hall 2
honda F1, honda civic , hybrid insight were the main attraction there
ford fiesta inX-s with big wheels n custom front n rear lamps was next to the exit....came out of hall 2 and saw delphi show car minus any engine with lambo design and 30-40 nuts in 1 wheel
the mighty ford focus rally was next to delphi with those magnanamus spoilers starting from the tail lamps.
there was also some JKtyre go kart track there, no idea why it was for
went strainght and i saw a palio with 4 white woofer, 1st thought its an alpine
wrong, it was VIBE audio,from UK, i heard they also make clothes VIBE. getting back to topic there were 4 1000W, 300rms woofers propelled with CLASS D( did'nt sound that bad,class D arn't that ugly), for midrange as usual component with class AB, over all did sound nice toobad the volume was too low, i will go 2moro and check out the power at higher volumes.

went to suzuki stall , lots of super bikes and super scooters as usual. HAYABUSA placed at the end of the suzuki stall(is it getting too old) the bandit, dirt bikes, nasty scooters, B-king were there
opp. to HAYABUSA was black smart "EVO" , the mitsubushi's legendary car along with the lancer CEDIA which was launched yesterday.
after the suzuki and mitsubushi there was TVS and yamaha in the other side of the same hall. Yamaha also had their SBK'S , R1,R6,MTO1,ROADLINER . centre of the yamaha was the valentino rossi's 46 number YZR-M1 04 model GO!!!!!!!

then we had to pass through the TVS hall to goto DC design
boring TVS launched apache, its not a US airforce chopper but a bike, only 150cc/13.5Bhp
DC design :-) 3 models, 1 modified tempo traveller, 1 modified vertical doors and gr8 exteriors. last was innova,looks quite same orignal innova except when we saw inside, high tech inbuilt office for 2, PC ,table, and tonnes of leg room.
on the back side of DC there was the XbhP
then we came out to from hall 7,and saw the blaupunkt, volkswagen with 6 velocity woofers at the rear, components on the dash board facing the wind screen. 2 HU's 2 screen.
then we went further and saw lambhorghini gallarado(blue) and also a honda CBR, did also hear the sound of the CBR revs, this was the stall of the overdrive.
mini cabrio was there for show.

NEXT WAS THE AUTOPSYCHE'S STALL with arush's finest works
275Bhp oct. with 21 inch hertz woofer was a super attraction, NOS kit, a big deadly weapon purple nos cylinder at rear seat with valve next to the driver. wide body skirts with fat tires.
there was also a yellow lancer with nice audio setup and gr8 body kit nice black alloys and it proved "image is everything"

saw some modified cars, swift with vertical doors nice decals, spoiler, fat tires-

225/45/r17 dunlop. also an alto on top of swift with nice mesh grill. also some funny looking stuff like dalmasion wagonR( black spots), also a nice muticoloured santro with nice cartoons to attract customers with a brain of a 10 year old kid.
then we got lost and found our way to maruti , hall number 14
On the stage maruti made remix of every song and sang it there, how was the remix, just replace any word in song with maruti. lots of crowd in front of their stage. leaving the attractive cars without any attention. swift sports with nice skirts and big rims was there along with swift of every colour.
maruti SOLIO the wagon with some rare features like the disabled friendly hydraulic movable front seats, gear lever mounted on the dash board as the old CRV.
next to it was the much awaited suzuki ESCUDO( did'nt have the macho looks of a SUV) but had a nice tail lamps.
rally swift super 1600 and baleno rally in yellow and black resp.
both placed on an inclination with mud ground.
then there was 800, esteem, baleno, zen(tyre fitted wrongly). all of them had cool alloys.

there were also skoda stable with laura RS, fabia, octavia, classic rapid,yeti.
smart simulated with a large screen in front of car playing NFS3
also there was audi with whooping quattro 4.2 L, A4 2.0 tdi, A4 1.8t., A8
By that time it was enough for the day n legs were begging for some rest
We missed hyundai, tata, volvo,some others hopefully will cover tomorrow..


Guys if something else i've missed pls bring it to notice..... so that i may cover it tomorrow

I guess Hyundai and GM havenot participated. Damn otherwise we could have got a glimse of Corvette, but Hummers is usual for Bombay Guys.
Please get some more pics from Mahindra stall, like the Scorpio Hybrid, Scoprio CEO, Scorpio Passion and also Pulsar 250DTS-FI! Thank you.
