Wow... The TVC reminds me of the "Reclaim your life" ads. Looks like they hired the same team for this commercial. :D

Whatever it is, they have a great start. I hope they continue bringing in world class products through NEXA unlike the made/tweaked for India cars they have now. I expect the same level of build quality that they have in Europe and medium safety features for cars sold through these new showrooms.

Basic question : Will I be able to get my Nexa-sourced vehicle serviced at a Non-Nexa dealer?

For instance in Pune, If I purchase a vehicle from Sai Nexa and wish to get it serviced from Chowgule industries pvt ltd. Will it be possible?

Regards,
Ketan

In addition to what Anurag has mentioned,

The assigned relationship manager at Nexa will also keep a track of the servicing requirements on the vehicle.
Servicing of NEXA customers’ vehicles via mobile workshop van, pick up & drop or directly at dealership
No new service network, the current setup will be used.

I heard from a friend that one Nexa outlet (will it be the only one in Bangalore ? I don't know) will be located on St.Marks Road near India Garage. As per him, this outlet mostly will be managed/owned by Pratham Motors.
Any other information on the Nexa outlets at Bangalore ?

For Bangalore Members here is some news on Maruti's premium showroom - Nexa.
Have interacted with 2 of them, great response as of now.

As of now 4 showrooms of Nexa will be operational,
1. BimalNexa - in ORR (Marthalli)- ~20th July
2. Pratham motors (Saint Marks Road) - opening on 13th July
3. Kalyani Motors ( JP Nagar)
4. Mandovi Motors (Palace Cross)

I posted a query on NEXA FB page and here are 2 responses I got. Both mentioned showrooms are going to be Nexa showrooms (Bimal & Mandovi).

I too received a call from Sai Service and Varun Motors regarding S Cross booking if I was interested.

I did confirm my interest but that shall be taken forward only after 1 year minimum since my Swift is relatively new and needed to click another 50K kms. They were happy regarding the positive decision I had on the car.

Another thing I can say with confidence that Maruti Suzuki is following the two Team-BHP threads closely (S Cross one and NEXA one).

I had put in my contact number yesterday. Got a call today at lunch time, I requested the gentleman to call back after half an hour. No call today, but I am in no hurry.

Passed the Nexa showroom in Dwarka an hour back (Sector 9 Metro Station). There were two cars parked inside but there was no Nexa branding on the outside yet. It was a casual glance while I was driving, so I may have missed it.

Plan to pay them a visit tomorrow.

One confusion, is it only S-Cross or Ciaz will also be sold at Nexa?

If Ciaz will not be sold along with S-Cross then I wonder what is the criteria of choosing premium and non-premium!

Ciaz will continue being sold as is today- using the existing network. This is because all existing dealers will not have Nexa showrooms.

S Cross will be the first to be sold through Nexa.

I got a call from Navneet Motors in Mumbai about the S Cross the other day. No mention of Nexa. The guy said he is from Navneet Motors... I am quite confused about the Nexa rollout. There is no mention of the showroom launch in Mumbai. He went on and on about how i could book the car for 11000. When i told him, I want to experience the car before i think of booking, he changed his tone and said it was on display at oberoi mall this weekend. He sounded as though he was just behind the booking and not about the experience that MSIL promised about the new "NEXA Experience".

Not sure if the the so called new " NEXA dealers" have been trained not to go behind the number but to concentrate on user experience. MSIL dealers are so used to go behind just the numbers as they never actually needed to go out there and hardsell their products!

Nexa showroom (possibly) on Baner Road, Pune. Formerly a Vespa + Samsung dealer:

Seeing that Maruti is already starting with the handicap of a much reduced dealer network, I really wonder if the S-Cross launch date is dependent on the readiness of these NEXA dealerships!
