Spoiled a great look.. I particularly hate the hitler-style chrome moustache of Mahindra (What were they thinking??)

Some of the face-lift upgrades, don't go well with the boxy design of the vehicle.. Instead of simplifying things (wrangler), trust Mahindra to complicate matters with its machines..

The new bolero looks very bad. Instead they should have added a better engine like the earlier DI engine of Scorpio.

Could that be the reason that they have slashed the prices of the Bolero and increased the price of the Scorpio.

i beg to differ with most of you here : the new bolero looks quite decent. its just that we all were expecting something great (along with an engine change) and hence we all felt disappointed. this shouldnt mean that we go on criticizing the vehicle.. i for one love the interiors now, the exteriors look better..and all this at a lower price!

most prolly going in for this very soon, the middle version, black, with silver alloys, wider 235/75 R15 tyres, bull bar and works

For some reason the changes in the front (bumper and integrated head lamps) and covered hinge gives me a car like feeling. Bolero was known for its rugged look. I am disapointed!

ugh....it looks more disgusting than the Pontiac Aztec.
Its a huge step backwards...
I think its the Renailt effect on Mahindra, designing disgusting looking contraptions...

while its more or less a step backwards in terms of styling, i think its still better than the Scorpio which is just too garish.

are we being too harsh on a vehicle this size that is being offered in the 4.5 - 5.5 lac band ???

additionally, the 2WD seems interesting in terms of its torque delivery. 180 NM between 1440-1500 rpm. seems to be good in terms of driveability, as compared to the 4WD version.

additionally, does anyone else feel that that the Bolero is more squat as compared to the Scorpio ??? its a good thing obviously.

also, does the Bolero have better leg and general in-cabin space as compared to the Scorpio ??? I suspect yes.

also any ideas on how much thing thing weighs ???
