In a topic discussing about fiat, why this hate on koreans??? Grow up kid... to assert ur love on palio u dont have to tell things like these about Koreans.

Hi Anoop,

I drive a Palio 1.6 GTX.I also have a 1.2 ELX.I am totally disppointed with the attitude of Sundaram Motors,Bangalore.
I understand there is one RAC in Koramangala who do repairs for Palios.

Could I please get details of RAC?

Vivek

I read that bit of news too on the plane from Kolkata. Well I am sad that the company does not seem to get anything but bad news these days. But then who cares? I hope some one better comes in. And I am sure some one better will come - whether he/she will join a company called Fiat or Hinduja-Fiat or something of that sort remains to be seen.

By the way, i am yet to see any fiat owner from pune who is unhappy with fiat after sales service. tells u how big an impact a good service center has on the company's reputation... sadly, fiat didnt realise it...

There were 'Learning to Fly' , but ran out of 'Time' and 'Money'. There are still a bunch of people who will sing 'Wish You Were Here' but their vision was 'Obscured By The Clouds'. 'One Of These Days' they will hopefully look beyond 'The Wall' and understand that those driving other vehicles do not suffer from 'Brain Damage', and then it will no longer be about 'Us And Them'.

That will be the 'Final Cut'....................or will it?

No offence meant guys - just got carried away with Rudra's Floydesque touch...

Typo, Posting rule says I cant post attachments..otherwise I have a doc I have to send Fiat.. Anyway, Copy paste works..

1. Body shell has been awkwardly welded to fix the rattling noise from the RHS B pillar. There is a considerable reduction in the rattling BUT noise re-appears some times.
2. Resonance noise from Dashboard has increased.
3. Rumble when closing the driver’s door still not fixed.

New Problems after body work repairs:
1. Speedo meter stopped working after the bodywork repair. Problem reported to sales. However problem seem to be intermittent
2. A leaking sound is heard, when AC engages.
3. Sound deafening material in the hood near snorkel not packed properly.
4. Engine revs and idles alternatively, this problem is intermittent

History:
1. Delivery 23 Dec 2004, Fuel gauge does not work. Fuel gauge sender replaced. Warranty claim worth ~Rs 5600
2. 31 Dec 2004, Engine started revving hard at 3000rpm, Break down called. Throttle body replaced Warranty claim worth ~Rs 9000
3. First Inspection: 20 January, Problem reported,
a. Inaccurate Speedo meter. Not fixed, gradually got corrected or I got used to it.
b. Fused parking light, not fixed, I fixed it myself.
c. Rattling from RHS B pillar, Not fixed, reported No failure Found
