@sush, Chances of getting new Adventure on road are more realistic than GTX. Fiat has done dealer surveys for adventure and comparative study against Marina and Swing, so let's assume that they are very serious about relaunching Adventure. The on-road price for it is expected to be 6.25 L in Pune. One should get some discount on this price as well, making it close to 6-6.1L on road.

I am seriously excited about seeing 1.6 Red Palios in the showroom. But at the same time, a sedan and hatchback derivative of the same car at identical prices? If anything the 1.6 Sport is more expensive.

Hmmmmm

Does it have any features that the Petra 1.6 doesn't have, like ABS, Airbag, EBD and all that stuff? Then it probably would make sense. Otherwise, as you said, it is a little on the costlier side.

GTO,
the Palio 1.6 will be 20K cheaper and will boast of Alloys and a spoiler as well as sportier interiors along with bits of leather.
Wonder what happened to the ABS and Airbags that they used to offer.
There is a market now for thoe thanks to the Getz and WagonR and Accent.

Stupid question maybe, but what are "Ind" and "Com"?

[Oops I just realised they would mean "Individual" and "Commercial" just after I posted, but I can't delete this post! Sorry...]
