Because it is part of Times Group, this kind of predatory pricing is possible as they would be aiming to take on the biggies and get advertising as well. Need to see how the market responds.

Total of 106 pages out of which 45 are adds but the quality of print is way better than Auto India. I have just started reading through. I will mention about the quality of articles soon.

To sum it up , its just an average mag. Not at all meant for hardcore auto freaks rather for casual readers.

Imagine , in the price section they have only prices of car ranging from 6 to 8 lacs.

One thing I have learnt from this is that , Auto Car India is really taking readers for a ride , pricing it at Rs.100 a copy. Its simply ridiculously over priced.

I was shocked to see the price of the magazine.

Trust Adil Darukhanawala who set up Overdrive is notching up a second success.

This is going to be the begining of a price war among Auto Magazines.

One of the main reasons you shouldn't bite the bait for a 3 year magazine subscription for a hefty discount is you might lose out on opportunitistic purchases

I was not a fan of the zig wheels news paper edition- some articles were average and some were out right crap. I will try this one though- cant be all that bad for 10 bucks' worth.

Searched in couple of areas today (Malleswaram and Rajajinagar) and could not get a copy of it. I regularly buy the AC from one of the known vendor and he has not got any supply of it .
Any one from bangalore were able to get a copy of this.
Curious to see how would be the write up and print quality of 10 bucks 106 pages magazine.

try vendors who have ET or TOI in circulation. They might have it.

Thats a great news cause Adil is back into mainstream, and we all know Adil is an great person when its Auto journalism.
The ads will be there ofcourse, but the price is realy too good to believe though i guess its an introductry pricing which would be corrected.
I wish the magazine will immedietly find a place below ACI, OD, and above rest.
and for all of us one more mag to buy.........
for me it's an addition to ACI, OD, BSM, AB, Bike India, TG.
what about fellow Bhpien ??.....will it be option or addition ??
