GP 1.3 VGT a.k.a Punto Sports will be out in mid of this year around June (source: FIAT personnel at Auto Expo).

Does any have a web link this advertisement since I do not have handy access to TV

No its not GP Sports which was showcased in Auto Expo. The one in advt. is GP 2 door and yeah its not the Abarth version.

Was checking the Fiat India site where they have updated details of the new Punto models
Was shocked to see that they are giving a 50 month unlimited warranty with the car !
The older Puntos used to come with only a 2 year = 24 month warranty !
Also free roadside assistance
and a free music system with the Dynamic variant !
This is an awesome move by Fiat.
Assuages all the service worries that people have with Fiat
and also makes available great features in the fuel efficient & price effective 1.2 l petrol version.
Might just be the shot needed to boost Punto sales.

Silverfire, extended warranty was already available from the beginning but one had to pay 5K additional for that. so it was 2 + 2 years or 48 months.
Now ofcourse they have started giving that 5k as free or rather 50 months waranty. Ya it is good and a great move by fiat.

yeah long time ago i had watched that ad on youtube before punto launched in india.

did you guys notice the panaromic sunroof/double sunroof on that car! it looks hot!(its useless in india though)

i wonder when are they going to launch the punto sports version. and also punto nat power too!

i would pay lot of bucks for that abart and esse esse version of punto!
