Just saw the preview for the final show. Looks like it's going to be a lot of fun, especially the Aventador bit! That car sounds MEAN. Also can't wait to see how they have done a "grown-up" test of the electric cars.

Just finished watching it as well. Fun show overall as they usually are. I was disappointed to not see Simon cowell as the guest though. Oh well

Great Show, boy that Aventador was fast, just loved the beautiful beast

The Electric car film was just OK but the Soldier's film was very touching & inspiring, God Bless them & I wish that they qualify for the Dakar Rally

Fantastic Episode and great season overall.

Loved the Aventador, also was interesting to note the similarity to the Mclaren factor.

The show was very entertaining and informative in many ways. Great show. Someone - please start up the season 18 thread, cant wait to start speculating on cars for the next season.

Very entertaining episode. Richard looked as if he was ready to have a "crisis" in the initial acceleration burst of the Aventador. Hilarious!

(PS : never driven a supercar, but my reaction would be probably similar, or even worse!)

The rally team bit was very inspiring. And Ben Collins!

And didnt know he was an ex-special forces driving instructor.

Just finished watching the last episode for the season.
The highlights for me were
The Aventador!! what a car and quite a looker that was especially the ariel shots made it look like a stealth.
The soldiers bit was truly inspiring hope they make it to the dakar
Ben collins finally on top gear with out a helmet... nice punch lines from hammond.

We all know that Tesla has sued Top Gear regarding the wrong mention of the range of their electric car. But many people didn't take Top Gear to task because if you look at the allegations itself and the reply from Top Gear then you can argue both sides of the case.

But now Top Gear is caught "manipulating" the results of a drive on a Nissan Leaf. Jeremy is attributed with a quote in the article - "That's how TV works".

Finalgear.com normally publishes the TG and FG scheduled broadcast dates.

It currently says TG is on a break

Hey is there any news of Top Gear doing any India Special? Heard Clarkson mentioning that he has come to India recently when he was talking to one of his guests in one of the Season 17 videos. If they do a Ladakh Trip (via Manali) and probably in an old Amby/ Fiat Padmini/ Old Maruti 800/Contessa then it would be just awesome. Knowing them they would choose cars like that only.

BTW, Top Gear Botswana Special is now running this week on BBC Entertainment. They'll air Vietnam special on 24th it seems.
