ACI is practically a department of VW India. If they're claiming that it will be out in Early 2013, its probably true.

While the Superb upgrade discussed here coming in 2013 is just a facelift, the completely NEW SUPERB III is planned for 2015 and it is supposed to look like this -

Eeks! Is that front grill ugly or what? IMO, the grill is a tad too long for an elegant car like the Superb.
Like the new alloys though.

They seem to be doing a Cadillac with the Superb. That will make it loose its understated elegance somewhat.

The gap just beneath the headlight makes it look fugly IMO. Otherwise it would have looked suave like the Lincoln MKS.

It looks garish IMO. The grill looks overdone and maybe it's just the camera angle at which the photo has been taken, the car just does not look very appealing.

This looks absolutely hideous and no way will Skoda get something like this as a replacement to the Charming Superb!!. Looks like a cheap Chinese imitation if i can call it that.

What the heck is that?!!

Has Skoda decided to transform the Superb into their version of the Lincoln Town Car?! Everything about the car looks disproportionate and very 'trying-hard-to-please'. The blown-up grill, crevices under the headlamps all are misplaced attempts at a futuristic and appealing design. Sorry but unfortunately it comes off as the exact opposite.

They've taken away a unique, understated character that the Superb always enjoyed and as dkaile aptly said, done a Cadillac/Lincoln. Inexplicable.

It just looks like a really bad PS job. I'm sure it was a rendered by a very enthusiastic guy who was probably on something at the time. No offence.

You can clearly see some of the CCP stuff like the lights, the grille, the fogs. Heck, everything looks forced and frankly unreal. It lacks proportion to begin with. And Skoda would never release an image of what they think the car will look like.

You might get a few teasers a week or so before the launch but that's about it. Every other render on the Internet of pretty much every car, will, in all probability, NOT turn out to be the real deal. You can be rest assured of that.

Some might get close, and some might be way off. What you see here is mostly WAY OFF.

This is a prototype and not the actual shape to be. It shows same tail lights which will most probably also change. Also if this front of the prototype is retained then it is quite hideous to look at and it looses the classic shape of the current version.

Is this is a facelift version or some kind of a mod job. Looks too clean for a mod job. But then rest of the car looked the same only the rear was different and the blackened roof.

It is a mod job. If official proto, it would have Pune or aurangabad plates. If you look at bumper it clearly shows signs of the number plate recess having been filled in
