I have read a lot of articles also in TG magazine. Each & every one of them was a pleasure to read. He critizes but also supports them with facts. However one thing that I like best about him is the fact that he calls a spade a spade. He doesnt even spare the Ferrari's in that respect.

Guys, please stop. Top Gear like other programs has a script & a director. It's meant for entertainment...I'd call it an automotive stand-up comedy of sorts. The views & opinions expressed by the hosts aren't essentially their own. If the hosts views aren't entertaining(which Top Gear is all about) then they won't be part of the program.

Cheers

Jeremy writes the script for Top gear.so it is really the views and opinions of the host.

Quote:
In November 2005, Top Gear won an International Emmy in the Non-Scripted Entertainment category.[34] In the episode where the presenters showed the award to the studio audience, Clarkson joked that he was unable to go to New York to receive the award since he was too busy writing the script for the show.

Oh,didnt know that but i think everyone contributes with their own brand of comedy.Top gear may be more of a stand up comedy these days but still their cinematography those challenges are wonderful.Beats any other boring to-the-point car show.
