Couldn't resist posting this since you brought up USF1. These guys bought Brawn GPs trailers and those trailers are now on ebay. The best part? The starting bid was ten pounds!!!

Apparently the wheel tethers were attached to the uprights so the wheels flew off. One of them reportedly came close to hitting a photographer before landing in the empty grandstands

The F duct

Looks like McLaren with the F duct is the car to beat on the long straights of Shanghai.

The straight-line speed advantage using the F duct is staggering!

It wont be long before others teams have a similar system on their machines. But it will take some time for the drivers to get (their knees ) adjusted to make the system work.

Also, MGP looks to have added some much needed speed to their cars this weekend.

What the heck was that!? That looks nasty.

A typical example of what could happen with the lack of testing during a season. Imagine the same thing happening during the race/qualifying and the wheels flying into the grandstand!

Alonso has blown two engines already. I think he has six left for the rest of the season now.

Mclaren and Mercedes looking good in Friday free practice. Ferrari reliability has been a bit of a concern lately.

@Mclaren

Never thought something like this could happen in F1 as well!

Mclaren looked strong in all 3 practice sessions, but when it mattered the Redbulls came to the party. Should be another fun race, with rain almost certain on race day.

Red Bulls again leading the qualifying and taking P1-2. Alonso taking the fight to Red Bulls and I am sure would look to tuck into 2nd spot at the end of the first corner. Rosberg driving the wheels out of the Mercedes, McLaren showing huge promise with the F-Ducts.

Schumi strangely isn't there yet. He was losing a lot of time in the first sector. I really want him to have a good race. Massa coming good in terms of qualifying pace and will surely get better when the European season starts.

Hoping for a great race tomorrow and possibly a Ferrari win
