I had read about increase in the injection pulses (and about the PSI motor sports box) in multiple forums (somewhere on tBHP as well). Also, a few installation pics showed multiple connectors (more than 2) going not to the common rail but to the injector. I also had a talk with a sales rep for RD and he too said the same thing.
So the conclusion and the word 'seems' was due to this.

But after your question, I looked around and saw a few pics where the connectors are the same (T-connector) and are going to the common rail - so that too is raising the rail pressure.

Well, I have done about 6 projector setups for friends / acquaintances (Spark, Polo, Fiesta, Vento, Alto, i20). But not for my Torqueen yet!
I intend to do something special about the Magnum, so am still on the drawing board!

Keyur, I already changed headlamp of my Optra but i will be there if you are planning something new and all different. I don't know after Projector setup if it’s advisable to open the light assemble once again. I am intended to put DRL inside the lamp. Please think something for tail lights also.

Just saw you other thread. Now that's what i called a performance. 3 Cheers for you.

Very classy Keyur! Looks great.
Is that a modified steering wheel? I have seen some optra pictures with easy access horn buttons on the spokes.

Really superb job. Could you also please let us know where this was done? I'd be interested in getting it done for my car too. Do they have templates for all vehicles' steering wheels?

Yup, one should not cover the centre horn pad in cars with Airbags. Not with anything - I believe without exception.

Get the center panel convered with what? Give some ideas, as its not very much do-able with sticking the leather piece onto it, don't know if it would stay glued.

Thanks. I was very impressed with the neat fit and workmanship. The feel of the Nappa Leather is something to be felt again n again :-P

They do have templates for most cars. Which car do you have. I shall share the workshop location for all those who are interested.

With the same material as the steering cover. It is very easily done - the leather is stretchable and is glued over the entire centre panel. It is my next DIY!

Ideally, you should not cover it for the Air bag, but if you really want to, you can cover it with the same leather as the steering cover, keeping an opening equal to the size of the serrated region (for the airbag to pop out). You can have a logo or motif done on a separate piece and paste it there. it will server both purposes.
