Michelin Tires , only after the first set of tires are worn out completely.

Finally decided on G-Sport seat covers. They cost Rs.6000 .Ordered them and will get them in ten days.

Its a combination of Grey and Biege. They are art-leather ranging from 3500 to 16000 . They have different qualities. The top end model is very smooth to touch.

Hey guys, i cant find a space to fit the Roots windtone super horns. You (Getz CRDi owners) guys must have fitted extra horns for sure. Give me an idea where to fit it. ? Or do i need to remove the OE horns and replace it with Windtone ?

Have you installed Rear Spoiler,Fog lamps for your GetZ.
I too leaned towards GetZ Crdi Passion Red.
May be booked by this weekend.
Enquired in HMP Chennai for some OMG accessories
Rear Spoiler - Rs.9400
Fog Lamps - Rs.5000 approx
To Paint Door Handles and Ext. Mirrors - Rs.2500

Please lemme know whether the pricing is good.

Have not installed fog lamps and spoiler.
Good to hear that finally you came back to Getz.

9.4K for spoiler is costly man. Here it is 8.5K at Trident (min price out of two dealers).
~2.5K if you get it outside (not a genuine accessory)

Fog lamps should cost you 4K (original Hyundai accessory).

2.5K for painting door handles and mirrors is decent.

Guys,
i had dilemma between Fiesta Sxi Diesel and GetZ Crdi.
I almost finalized Fiesta Sxi Diesel for 8.8L in Chennai Ford last saturday.
But Next day (Sunday) just had drive with my wife and brother to see GetZ Crdi in HMP Chennai.
A Passion Red GetZ was displayed there and was eye catching.
All of sudden i thought of buying this beauty and paint OVRMs and Door handles and added Spoiler make this car more beautiful.
Already know about Engine (My Brother has Passion Red Verna Crdi SX with ABS) .
may get some good discounts and freebies.OTR 6.29L now
Planned to book on coming weekend if everything goes fine.

Instead of installing Fog lamps , i bought Hella Comet 500 Aux lights for Rs.2300 . I have attached the clamps in the bumper ( i myself removed the bumper and fitted them ) . Today i will be taking the vehicle to the electrician and connect the lights. I will give a detailed report on it within tomorrow. Spoiler - Not yet.
Dont get anything from HMP Chennai .They are very costly. If you are planning for ICE its better you go Kasi Chetty Street or nearby streets. They are very cheap. I bought it there only.

I agree with you. MJD (with gearbox) has different gear ratios compared to Getz CRDi.
On highways, driveability is superb in Getz CRDi.

Fitted Hella Comet 500 lights with H3 100W bulbs and Roots Windtone Super.

At night time when all lights are ON , it looks like a Rally Car. I love it.

As I said before. If i switch to High Beam , ALL FOUR Lights are On. If i switch to Low Beam , only the Head Lights are On. I also gave a parallel connection so that the Hella Lights can be completely Switched Off or Switched On in both the Beams.

Also I removed the original grill and fitted temporary one because i have to cut a part of the grill for leave space for the Clamp

Request to Mods : Please remove the "400kms report" in my thread title .
