Hi kkat,

Am buying an i20 this week and was thinking of his upgrade after reading ur review.

Jus want to know if u have been having any problems at all with it till now?
Any roughness in engine or anything at all?

Few years back i had put a tuning box to my then hyundai tucson, and after some time, the engine started feeling rough...

How many kms have you covered till date with your rd box installed?

Thanks!

Sorry i could not login for a long time
No till date i have covered 22k kms on the RD no issues absolutely there is no engine roughness whatsoever in fact it is pleasurable to drive every day i cover abt 74kms through the heart of the city so you can imagine my pain I am also using MOBIL Delvac 1 fully synthetic oil for last 11k which is also making a huge difference and compliments the box
Thanks

Hi Kkat,

Thanks for the reply, will consider the RD box after the first 10k.
Meanwhile can you please tell me what grade of Mobil-1 you are using?

I plan to change to fully synthetic too.

Hi jsrakkar;

So sorry for not responding to your post I did a suspension upgrade and increased the tyre profile not the tien but a rallye shock but have repented and sold my car in the month of May 2016 , now I am owner of Ford Ecosport 1.5l TDCI Titantium , I would strongly suggest you not to go for the suspension upgrade , what sort of handling I was dreaming in I20 I am now getting in my new 2016 Ecosports

Thanks for the update kkat!

Congratulations for the Ecosports!

Quite literally, you've jumped from one of the worst handlers to the best handlers in the segment!
