My car feels completely sorted now and that's thanks to Ashwin from ICDTuning. hope my car fits this thread .

Might I suggest also installing a Stage 2 intake from IntegratedEngineering? Fellow member jalajprakash had it on his Skoda also and having heard it in person can vouch for the amazing sound it makes. Easier breathability for the engine of course is an added bonus.

Not my car. Spotted randomly, but those wheels really suit the car. Gives it quite the cup car vibes and a rather mean stance. Not your average cute looking Brio anymore, is it.

Are these even legal in our Country. MVA says zero tolerance to mods. I would love to do all that you have mentioned here... but, I can imagine my car getting impounded, if not in Pondicherry then maybe in Chennai, TN, KA and even in KL.

Do you even inform and get any approval from your RTO before doing such mods, listed both in v1 and v2.

None of these are legal, but only KL authorities seem to really care to crack down on car modifications.. Lucky us TN/PY folks eh?

- Red gloss painted Brake Calipers.

Spotted in Mod's own country. Subtle mods made this small car a looker.

First of all, pardon me for the extremely late reply. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the video, but it used to sound more throaty than the stock sound.

Hey, technically this whole thread is illegal according to MVA . from personal experience of riding/driving modified vehicles over the last 11 years or so cops don't bother you unless you're speeding or driving rashly (at least in Chennai/TN ) I have been fined by cops for exhausts on my R15 and Civic (both with and without challan in my younger/rasher days) and except for a colour change for my civic I haven't approached the RTO for anything. vehicle getting impounded is an extreme scenario which most sensible drivers can avoid . for me personally the hassle of rarely dealing with traffic cops is worth the joy I get from my vehicles. start with small mods if you're apprehensive about the car being impounded and decide for yourself.

sure thing I'd shortlisted an APR or IE intake , haven't gone for an intake yet cause I heard a friend's car with a BMC CAI and it seemed a lil obnoxious and the added maintenance issues given chennai's dust. the car is quite quiet on the inside until 4k rpm (sports cat and resonated). hopefully the car gets to run more this year and I can justify doing more to it .

peace
