The ride is a bit stiff but the handling is exceptional. Had a chance to test it out with the regular punto at the corners. The stock car took the corner at 80 while I could do 100 plus easily and the stability has gone to a new level which can't be explained.

@speedkills, good afternoon, not looking weird because of wheels but surely the flood lamps on the front make it potent enough to go to wacky mods thread.

thanks

You think just because of those fog lamps, it is looking weird?

Re: PICS : Tastefully Modified Cars in India

@sheel, i really admire the ford fiesta and those flood lamps do look nice on it but going by the frontal look of verna and fiesta there is vast difference. So due to that this accessorizations did not go well on that particular verna. however its just a opinion. Not every accessory looks good on every car no matter how aesthetically pleasing it may appear to be for someone.

thanks

Re: PICS : Tastefully Modified Cars in India

I second the no fogs look.. Dont think the fiesta or the verna can carry them off. And if they need fogs, there are much sleeker options out there. Pete's did a fiesta S in black which had similar fogs but in that car, the fiesta S body kit somehow makes it look good.

Okay, I too don't really appreciate the huge hellas in a low slung hatch/sedan, but adding 'em doesn't make it weird, does it?

Absolutely, the best looking Verna i have seen and rightly belongs here. Wonder why would someone want to put it in the W&W thread.

Re: PICS : Tastefully Modified Cars in India

Just because it is a Hyundai, I do not believe it needs to go into the wierd and whacky mods thread. I would've loved the car even more had it been a dusky blue paintjob with those white wheels, but hey it's still the best 1st gen Verna I've ever seen

Dear Ishaan, good morning, brand has got nothing to do with modification of the car. Any car may look good or bad after modifications due to subjective viewpoints. I too said earlier the verna is not looking weird due to wheels but because of large fog lamps. The fog lamps could have done justice to the car if it could have been slightly more masculine in look by using a good body kit.

thanks

That fiesta was here some pages back, wasnt it? That one is awesome. The verna, though, with the white wheels, just wasnt working. I am sure with a different color(at the least) of the wheels, it would have looked fit for the thread.

Hi @speed kills

Can we have more details on the car... the mods carried out (in detail) & the outcome.
There is a similar Verna in my neighbourhood & it definitely looks good.

Thanx
