This type of upgrading and modification accentuates the over-all appeal of the car. Laura's honey-comb grills provide the masculine character to it. Would like to know of certain good looking honey-comb mesh designs for Honda City Ivtec (2009-2011 model) which can be done on the lower part of the front bumper without actually modifying the OEM bumper.

From what I understand, the grille and bumper are OE units from the vRS. Your best bet would be to buy another stock grille for the City and get a double mesh done on it by any reputed body shop. Or ship one from the east Asian countries through ebay.

Re: PICS : Tastefully Modified Cars in India

These cars are like vintage wines i.e the older the better. These cars portray the idea of how to age with grace. Exceptionally well done job. I like the blue lancer as my premier padmini had the same color in her last days.

2001 Maruti Suzuki Alto VX 1.1
Free Flow Exhaust
Ported/Polished
Custom Intake

Run 1.5lakh+ kilometers, still puts most sub 15L cars to shame.

Cal's hottest and fastest Alto 1.1

The car is actually a diesel Laura fitted with a VRS bumper and a Milotec front bumper spoiler. The bonnet honey comb grill is again an aftermarket one (probably from SuperSkoda) and the VRS logo is fixed on to it.
Also the bonnet logo has been changed to the new Skoda logo.

Could you provide some figures if available.
Power/torque, 0-100, top., and the custom intake done
Alto 1.1 is one of my favourite pocket rockets.

I don't know if I'm the only one who feels this way, but the oversized wheels jutting out so much make the car look more wacky than tasteful. Reminds me of the erstwhile PC game Monster truck madness. I'm no 4x4 guy, the bars at the back (not sure what they are) look like some mini electric transformer. Just my opinion though, maybe I'm a little too old-school.
