elf I think you should go the RTO office and ask them...
Why dont you ask someone who has done a job like that and has it registered..
I mean that green 800 with red bumpers...

Also I think an esteem/1000 will look very good if made into a topless..
I had this dream from my childhood (and still dreaming) of a two door topless esteem,red exterior and black interiors..loud like a ferrari..But People may call it a Ferrari wannabe..
How about that done by you?? (just a thought)..

I want a specific RTO Officer - someone somebody knows directly. If all else fails, shall do the RTO office visit.

Also, not planning to do an Esteem, SRK. an 800 or a Zen maybe,

I never mentioned that I knew an RTO Officer.

Was trying to schedule a meet through somebody I know, but that hasn't panned out yet. Hence, I thought I'd try alternate channels.

Hence the request.

elf, check the market place. dippys maruti zen is up for sale. you could consider that for your zen chop job.

Oops i missed it, the Fabric 400 reclinable roof is even more expensive now, around 75k.

my car is only worth 95000 yaar. lol. i am working on some designs. what i want to do is chop the front half portion and make in slide inside to the rear. kinda like a 911 targa only manually . just thinking if it is going to be possible.....

ok so i went and did some info but still no help. i want the black portion to somehow go into the white one when i want. manually ofcourse. is there anyways i can go around doin this. please help as im dead serious about this.
