Possible to move driver's seat even more behind than stock?

These global cars are designed for a much higher variance in height than you think. If your friend's legs are touching the steering wheel, then why not lower the seat? Or fiddle with the adjustment of the steering wheel itself which ought to be adjustable for both tilt and reach.

Sounds counter-intuitive, but even for tall drivers, higher seating position is more comfortable. High enough so that thighs are almost parallel to the floor.

Disclosure: I'm between 6'1" and 6'2" tall, depending on how long it has been since I last had a haircut.
