Spotted this HONDA at Shyambazar crossing yesterday. The "router on the bonnet" (as described by my pillion ) and the RE monogram on the rear bumper deserve special mention.

Saw what looked like a nice'ish 1st-gen Honda City owned by an enthusiast. Like the colour & the rims...

I've seen this in a lot of civics and tata Sierras in KL. My theory is that the cost of a oe bumper replacement approaches that of a custom fg job, at which the owners imagination begins to run amok at the thought of having a custom vehicle design

Well, I guess the moments leading to creation of this unique vehicle were - ( No offense to anyone, just on a lighter vein)

' Well, It is my lifelong ambition to have a rally car as my daily driver, and it needs to be a Honda, just to show people how attached I am to the brand but with my budget I can only afford a compact sedan from Honda. So, I am going to buy said sedan, put gazillion stickers on it ( coz, rally, you know), add a bunch of irrelevant badges and flagstaffs/antennas just for the heck of it, paint my wheels red to make them look rally-ish, make my headlamp lenses yellow (James May, anyone?) and colour the indicators blue'

The result of this is currently in front of us, scaring the daylights out of me.

But, honestly why do something like this to a sedate, family oriented car like the Amaze. I get it if you do something like this to something like..... say, a Lancer, but an Amaze. People just don't stop amazing us, do they?

This might be a repeat but I couldn't resist posting this. The golden guys are the guests today at our apartment for the Ganesha festivals. Finally saw them in person. Cars are, well, un-describable and I am sure that's not even the real word, but so are the cars
