Maybe the Indica chap wanted to make it like the Endeavour. Total DIY stuff!!

F1 is the culprit here. Randomly people use stickers of sponsors like Tag Heuer and co!!

saw a whacky ocatavia with black and red combo near koramangla. It was defenitely not weird, but the color combination was defenitely whaky and spoilt the entire look of the skoda. It had a red top upto the lower window panel and all black beneath that. Looked horrible and like a taxi. Another spotting was a strectched white endeavour near banashankari, it definitely looked whacky. Anybody else spot these in bangalore. ? sorry no photos coz i dont carry a cell phone.

Not spotted the skoda.

However, the endeavor is owned by confident group in BTM layout. they also have a similar black endeavor limo.

Have seen a black qualis limo in adugodi once but no details about it

The Indica is not W&W mod its a prototype for the track which Tata had tested sometime back.

But the Cielo is surely Whacky.

OT: Yes, the Indica is the prototype named Silhouette. Read in some magazine long back (2 years?). It has a racing engine (I remember reading V6 and about 250-300 bhp of power).

EDIT: Did a quick googling and this is what i found.

Kerb weight: 850 kg

Engine
Layout: 3498cc V6, petrol
Max power: 330+ bhp at 7000rpm
Installation: Rear mounted, rear wheel drive

Performance
Top speed: 270 kph+
0-100: 4.5 secs
6-speed sequential gearbox
Fuel economy: Does it really matter?

Brakes
Front: 6 calliper vented disc
Rear: 4 calliper vented disc

Nopes. There was a news in the papers that police are taking action against it.. but it seems to have publicize the whole idea and more vehicles with such plates are seen nowadays.
