What does the team think about this car ? Kind of a borderline case.

I don't think the car deserves to be here. The paint finish is really good.

It would've probably looked very eye catching and very appealing, say.. 10 years back? Not now. But it still doesn't deserve to be in this thread. It isn't bad!

The paint finish is good. The color combination may be a bit odd for, but the over all finish quality is really good. I dont think this car deserves to be in this thread.

I reckon all he need is to repaint those side mirrors white and get rid of those horns tucked outside and butofcourse those humoungous foglights and he is good to go then.
Having said that there is no complaints on the paintjob. Its indeed nicely done.

As they say that looks can be deceptive , this car is an classic example of the same. The paint job when i saw it closely was very bad unlike the way it's looking in the picture , the entire car looked like a repaint and the bonnet and fenders had even faded.

I just wanted some opinion from the team as this car had come for the maruti autocross ( maybe just as a viewer ).

Harish,

You would be the best judge to that! Pictures can be thoroughly deceptive!

A really really unsettling (to put it politely) mod job done on an SS80, posted in this thread:

Because it has tried to mimic the paint scheme of Ferrari's Magic India tour Scags!

Ah! I almost forgot about Ferrari's Magic India Discovery Drive! Yes, now I see where the paint job has drawn its inspiration from

Thanks Ayan!
