Wacky paint job

This Fiat Siena is from Bangalore's HSR layout. Recently done up in my friends garage. The owner wanted it so with Butterflies over the car

I dont know what colour is written in the registration certificate given to this sienna owner.By the way i am wondering is it really allowed?i mean he can be legally fined by a cop.right? since he has tampered with the colour.

You can mention change of colour, in the RC book. Importance is given to Engine number and Body/Chassis number.

They mention combination. And as if the people who modify their car go and update the RC book for power n capacity. Also use of free-flow mufflers are illegal for any vehicle to ply on city roads

WagonR looks great, small and sporty. The back ladder adds more to its looks. Is the spare wheel on top ? It could have been a Camping kit instead
