The spoiler looks like a table-cum-spoiler. On a trip, remove it and use it as a table to eat/drink/etc.. Fix it again and it acts as a spoiler.

No pramod it is not a table, it is a park bench, that guy must be living in a place where he can't drive up to a nice park and spend some time in solitude sitting on a bench may be for a smoke, so he bolted one park bench to his car. I wonder how he drives that thing with half of the side glasses painted. Yea now I got it, he controls the car using strings and a mop by sitting on the bench itself, Mr. Bean style.
