the car belongs to my ICE dealer. he has some fantastic SPL ICE setup inside to blow your brains out. he does have some strange tastes. The whole car has been stickered, not painted. LOL

all i can say if he works upon the bonet and the front grille this car would look very much better than what it is now.

Those are not stickers. It is a dummy disk of absolutely no use except show. I remember seing these on the rear wheels of a brand new Verna.
