More from Shillong

Latest visit to Shillong threw this up.

(The maroon is a very popular colour there for some reason. Even in single tone!)

The Colorful Nano I saw at Dombivli (Maharastra)

Shown before in post #11110

It was a Saturday night when I was sitting on the benches along with my wife enjoying the cool breeze - (isn’t it a typical intro of any romantic situation, but the similarity ends here !!!) – Major reason being… there are constant power cuts .. u know …
Suddenly I saw people pointing to a direction and commenting, complementing. I just moved my neck in the direction and there I saw it… a Tata Nano…. Huh!!! What’s so special about it…….

well, you have to agree with me that whenever the car passes by, you can’t help moving your eyes towards the direction of the car. But the reason for this car was different. Well this car WAS “DIFFERENT”

Why???? – check it out.

First when I saw the vehicle, I thought it may be a some advertising car or a demo car, but on a closer look, I gound out that the car was really painted in the colors. And NO, I have not used Photoshop for the AMAZING coloring.

When I started a closer inspection, not only the doors, but all of the car was painted in such a wacky way. The back was different, with the company logo flashing – maybe it’s a company owned car or the employee is too proud to show it off on the back as well as side of the car.

Check the bonnet, it’s a body paint, believe me, no sticker job. Well, apart from the wackiness, I’ll say a neat job done on a neat and deserving “Canvass”.

I must apologize for the night pictures, but all I had with me was a Samsung Jet2 with 5 MP AF and LED Flash. You must agree that the pics are not too bad :-P.

This is a demo sort-of car for Bayer. It's been featured in this thread (or in the weird stickers thread?) before. Too lazy to hunt down on it now

It was featured on this thread itself. Neat job in terms of execution. I also remember someone saying "NANO on a ACID TRIP"

First I just saw the 'adidas' and 'racing stripes'. Then noticed the second exhaust tip! Twin pipes on a Santro!!

I won't be caught dead in something like that. Even if it has a Suzuki V6 under that hood.

Its a modded Swift. One can see the resemblance from the bonet and roofline. Royal Challenge modified/branded car. hence the Red and yellow RC logo.

@ YC.BALENO.CHD: You beat me to it, buddy.

Er..Can you point out the logo you are talking about? I spotted "CC" badging but could not find the Royal Challenge logo.

Oh no, really I thought maybe you saw this car at some promotional event and hence you thought it to be a RC car.

I'll make it a point not to visit that shop ever. They seem too good for my tastes when it comes to 'alteration'.

That's a swift.. !
Have seen many modded Swift in the past. But this one is definitely the weirdest one..!
What was the owner thinking? Knight rider? Nissan 370Z?
