This thing has been also discussed in "Classisc available for Purchase" thread. This car should not be in this thread. Me think the body is original / salveged from a rotting mini. In an all a good effort. Due to non availability of spares / engine and easy availability of M800 spares / engine, the owner has gone for the Indian engine.
