Apart from the got 'balls'? sticker, and some unclear mods, the punto looks good. I love what he has done to his tail lights!.. Awesome..

btw, do you have some more close up pics of that weird bumper? So that I close my eyes on the taillights, and convince myself that this belongs here.

Nikhil spotted the same vehicle at Sainikpuri BP bunk on 12th evening. Could'nt click pictures as I was in a hurry and was having a hearty laugh looking at the owners imagination to create a Hummer out of a Trax.

saw the car again this morning at the same place. looks like it belongs to a student in CMR college.

anywho, here are two more shots of the car (tried to get a side view; owner was around). the exhausts looks like stick-ons and aren't even aligned! the front side is pretty much stock.

He has tried to give it the esseesse looks I believe.

From these photos, the side skirts are not looking that great IMO.

The exhausts are dummy and I think they are of different sizes too.
People do so many things out of love for their cars, but why don't they take care of such small finishing touches

@H4WK, Can you give more shots of the last punto if you have clicked?
My colleagues saw some red mirrored white punto and thought that It was mine.
I think this must be it.Was it KA-06 registered?
Also after seeing this punto I think I can also stick the abarth logos on the side which I have not done because of theft threat

re: Pics of weird & wacky mod jobs in India!

Been meaning to upload these for a long time. So, here goes :

Hyundai Mustang GT - Found this parked outside a local Tata Dealership. Spotted a lot of times. Maybe the dealership owners? It had me the fist time, but on closer inspection revealed its true nature, Have to say, nice finishing though. Maybe Road & Track modified it.

Flying Dzire - Well, the Dzire looks awful as it is. A spoiler doesn't do much good either.Pics of weird & wacky mod jobs in India!-dsc07196.jpg

OMG - The rears bad enough. you should have seen the front. It had the same spoiler on the hood too!

Isn't it an eagle at the back? Doesn't look like a spoiler to me !

First thought on seeing this! The guy parked his car near a nursery school and the kids were innovative. They also had permanent markers with them instead of crayons and sketches!

I heard its difficult to drive a Punto over a speedbreaker in stock form itself and this guy has skirts to it. How does he manage over the infamous Bangy bumps?!

That is a Mahindra Owned car. IT was used in a show display a few years ago. There is some story behind the graffiti though I dont remember it. It was used in the First supercar rally too and in the Kala Ghoda Festival .
