not sure if he wants his name on a public forum but he was a contemporary of Raj Hingorani, Vicky Chandhok's dad, Narain Karthikeyan's dad and Karivardhan was junior by fifteen years.

cars tuned by him held 1st place record of 7 years in a row in the ambassador class (yeah they used to race ambassadors). personally he used to race 1100 saloons, heralds and Formula Indians. and he also tuned engines for other people. now he's retired and therefore, i get exclusive rights to his intellectual property

Chances are high that a used Fiat would be cheaper than a used RX100

Thank you for the compliment. Build one modded Fiat soon... really soon... And I would thank Planet Rocker's videos and 1100D's beautiful ride for rekindling the fire in me.

Well, quite exciting to see such a thread! I have been scouting around for a used fiat for a while now, but all of them are asking for some ridiculus amounts like 1L etc. when i get one for about 35K, I will invest and do it up, ala race style! (Wishful thinking)

Ok, this is off-topic but worth sharing. A station wagon of the old Fiat 1100. Anybody having any info about the same.

And is this another variant based on the Fiat 1100???
