Ricky Sa'ab, once properly setup, HID is pure bliss. Your regular Halogens will seem archaic in comparison.

Don't go by hearsay, drop in at one of the Delhi Meets and just check it out first-hand. .

ricky, id have to totally agree with Manveet here, there is actually no substitute to HID's. Believe me, i tried all types of bulbs ranging frum hellas to the philips crystal vision. After being dissapointed with each one, i decided to go for the HID's and now I wouldn't have it any other way. Its true that they aren't at their maximum potential unless in a projector setup, but as compared to regular holgens they still win hands down.

hope this helps

cheers

the ratings i mentioned are for a 35w hid vs 55/60 bulb
for 100/90 the rating is around 1500lumen or so.
and the output of a 8000k hid bulb is around 2600lm
have 100/90 bulbs on my innova but the hids on my santro are way brighter

@manveet: let the winters come and then we'll see how useful your 6000k hids are??

Well, now that the Beam is falling on the Road, I don't think Fog will be a problem.

And if you meant the color, atleast they look cooler than your yellow-yellow-dirty-fellow-HID's

I know I sound like a typical Punjabi when I say this, but whats the point of spending 10k on HID's if people just think you are running brighter and yellower Halogen's

Arush bhai, I think you missed my point - Refer the following ..

Moral of the Story ..

6000k = Cool White.
4300k = Dirty Yellow.

@Ricky paaji - ask Arush to fit a nice set of HID's in the earlier Angel Eye's - I think that will solve all problems.

Wow! The paint job is one to die for! And the body kit integrates so well with the stock lines, it looks like the Lancer just went to a gym and came out better muscled.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, AWESOME! Ricky, you're one really lucky dude to have this object of beauty!

Very well said. It's nice, neat and clean.

p.s.
Especially since he is not running black tints .. that would have ruined the looks by making it look very Taxi-ish IMHO
