Where did you get all this done from ... and how about giving a detailed cost break up if possible -- just incase others wanna get the same done .

Also if you get a audio of the car revving from 0 - 130 ... Busa mentioned that it has an awesome sound

Cheers

It is the Swift head. I know it looks like that of the Esteem (of course it is!).

Hi

What is the cost of the new head & is it sourced locally - & what is the cost of the new cam. It would be nice to know the cost & source.

Does the rough idle adversely affect the airconditioner ??

Enjoy the upgrades / mods

Cheers

Nice ride there Kumar. That's a job well done. Just wanted to know a few things. As mentioned by Busa, the cam kicks in at 4000. AFAIK, a 285 should kick in between 2000 and 2500. Did you get an adjustable cam gear. Cause after I got my cam, I got a biiiig lecture from Viper (apna Jigneshbhai) about using a high lift cam with only with an adjustable cam gear. Finally, he got it made for me, set the timing right, and man, it was a different ballgame alltogether after that. Ws just curious to know. Otherwise, that's one hot ride buddy. Enjoy it to the max!

I was wondering about this too until I saw that the rev limiter is increased to 8.5k revs. Out goes the diesel.....

Inspiring!! 8500 k rev limiter... slurp.

20k kms are complete as well. Looks like i need to redo my budget for some
performance mods on my swift.

Any suggestions for stage 1? Should be in Singapore and Malaysia end of the month - ideal time to source some good stuff, while I am there!

IF he's ok with regular rebuilds, then leave it at 8500 rpm.
If he's not, ask him to bring it down to 7000 - 7500 rpm MAX!

babhishek - I suggest you get your self a good conical filter something like Green Dynamisation Kit and a Exhaust with headers(4-2-1) and your done with stage 1.

@ Nitrous - My thoughts exactly, i said the same thing to the tuner, he said they have changed the head but with stock internals its not gonna hold that much stress.
