The list looks impressive, and am assuming that you are looking at 8.7:1 to 9:1 comp pistons (based on the 100 octane that you have mentioned) also would re look to increasing the size of the injectors a bit if you are targeting over 20 PSI. Look forward to the build do put up pics of the progress if possible.

We going to run 9:1 pistons and 550 injectors are good up to 450 to 500hp range. I have done few cars that made 500hp with 550 but it's taking to the limit.

No block guard. One of the reason is cooling issues. If it was machined just for my block then i would have done it. I seen guys have more problems with block guards then not having one.

Any specific reason for such high fuel pressure? won't it put stress on injectors?

no problem at all, because RC injector stress test up to 110psi.

The last replied left few words out:

I just started working on my friend car again. It's 99 Honda Civic Si. Couple of years ago we made 700hp at the wheels. With the new setup and using the best turbo on the market we should make close to 850hp at the wheels. We are using Full-race.com top mount turbo manifold, and garret GT42R turbo, with 4" downpipe and exhaust. We are using parts from three different Honda B series motors. Pistons been coated to handle high heat. A lot of custom done on the head and motor too lazy to post it now.. u can ask about me it if u like… This car made the magazine, we left the sponsor because they lie to the magazine they build the car, Sponsor took all of my work at said they did it.

Nice pics Nirmal.

See if you can help our fellow Punjabi Archer with his build. I know you've been there and done it all.

P.S.>> Kid looks cute. You still building that small car for him? ;-)
