i mean the car + turbo is almost 7 lacs

since the car was bought for 5 and the turbo should be around 2

and the rs not sure however should be around 9-10 right

RS in Mumbai is around 7. I'm guessing cheaper in Delhi. Sorry, I know this is OT...

Slightly OT, but won't that filter be sucking in a lot of hot air? Maybe you could fabricate a heat shield of sorts to channelize the air coming in from the front air inlet that the Cedia has, and also to keep the engine heat away to some extent.
razor4077,
As you had asked, here are the pics of the headers after they have changed colours.

Looks sweet TG.

Dumb question but do all SS headers exhibit such color changing charateristics?

SS = Stainless Steel.

MS = Mild Steel.

Sorry, I don't understand one thing and I really mean no offense to anyone. I fail to believe that a single header change can make the amount of difference often people harp about. Infact, I have read a lot of posts where they say air filter made their car really fast. Is this the dyno behind our posteriors posting these figures? Or is it just the sound?

I have done everything possible to a NA engine on a Baleno. Honestly, with each mod (and there were quite a few) I felt a difference but not to an extent that one says this.

TG, are you running something after the headers as well . You know what I mean.

PS: Like I mentioned earlier, no offense to anyone. But the posts are quite misleading to the effect that as if the Cedia has been just Turboed and not gone for just a header replacement.

PS II: I loved the work by Vasu Anna and Co. About time I had a word with him regarding the chroming.

Well Mclaren. Its a lot to do with what i felt when i put my foot down. It was the first time that I actually drove a car with exhaust headers on. It was just the reaction from a relative newbie.Yes, the intake sound does make whatever gain u get a little exaggerated. About dyno in the rear, well i don't have one.

I am indeed very offended and I did not understand what you meant at all. I did not at any place mention that I have got a tremendously huge improvement in terms of bhp, read my post . And I am not the kind who misleads people also. I just posted what i felt IMHO. And if u read my post, its my Initial impression that I had posted there. You don't have to be Einstein to understand that as the owner one would be quite exited when he is driving his first headered car. I have under that posted a detailed experience of what I felt after the initial rush. And if you think that its presented like the car has been turboed, well .....I have nothing to say to that.

PS: Posting a "no offense meant to anyone" doesnt make offensive things one bit less offensive.

Regards,
TG.

TG, you didn't get what I was intending to say. I stated something very obvious to most people who frequently redline their cars. Yes, its a different issue if one has never redlined a car and then after putting headers does. Then there will be a phenominal difference (not because of the headers etc but because of the fact that you reached the redline which you never did before). For those who are used to pushing their car a bit hard I am sure will notice a marginal difference in torque and revving speed with most mods.

TG, take a chill pill. Everyone is a newbie here. There will be times when everyone falls prey to this term called MHP (mental horse power).
