Oil temps, EGT's through the rev-range, oil pressures, etc...any leakage issues? What's the wideband say? AFR through revrange? Kitna IAT being maintained? Since the intercooler's on the front, about 1/3rd of the radiator's blocked for airflow, as I see....so, open thermostat, or....
The radiator on the civic is pretty big and efficient and also the intercooler is mounted with reasonable clearance to the radiator, so have not had any cooling issues even at WOT. Have retained the OE thermostat. Oil pressures is at about 4 bar and have not found the need for a cooler as yet ( probably at a later date when we do a lower compression 15psi... 270whp car with stronger internals ), as of now this is a reasonably quick 200whp( guestimated) street car.
We are running the AFR from about 13.5 to about 11.5 at peak boost.

They are one of best in the market. I use it because all my buddies have or had very good experience with their product, and when you get them at cost.

Almost any turbo manufactured abroad can be imported. Ranging from turbos made by Garrett to HKS to IHI to KKK's.

Borg Warner is KKK by the way. And HKS turbos are actually made by Garrett, and GReddy by MHI. But for the aftermarket, really, there is no need to look beyond Garrett. Their service and sales support for aftermarket folks is beyond exemplary. No other turbo manufacturer gives a tiny rat's butt about the aftermarket.

Garrett customer service really good, also turbonetics is another good brand. My last turbo was turbonetics, never had problem with it.

Forgot Precision turbo in the list. But yes, most of the chassis are built from a few manufacturers, but specific wheels and housings(better) are available solely from some of these other brands. There are other specialty brands as well.. but no need to keep adding to the list.. all the majors are there.
