Yeah its on the road after the bosch gate near to sai baba temple. I have their landline number which is 41104109.
The FM modulator i got from a diff shop. Its a simple plug n play device with a small remote control works well untill I get the HU upgraded.
I have one question. How do I adjust the focus of the Zen headlights. Is it a DIY? i know this might be a stupid question but spare me coz I am pretty new to cars :)
Hi,
I have a Zen LX 2005 model and need to know the Toe, Camber and Caster angles. This I need to have handy as I suspect my M.A.S.S is playing around. I've recently noticed that my left rear tire is wearing out from the inside.
Any help at the earliest will be highly appreciated.
Thanks
^motomaverick ;
Well aligning the headlights is easy. On each headlight you have two screws .Use a simple screwdriver to adjust the nut towards the grill on both lights. To adjust the screws on the sides of ligfht towards the fender's you will need a longer screw driver .I will try to post soem pics .One screw does up and down and second does left and right .If i remember correctly screws which are towards the extremes i.e towards the side fenders will make the lights move up and down .And the screws in the sides along the front grill will make the lights go left and right.
^rideon : I guess there is some issue with the dead axles or suspension as in zen as we do not have independent suspension at rear so caster camber etc are not adjustable in the rear if i am right.
Someone will definitly clarify it more.

Go to any third party tyre shop who has machines for alignment - it will cost you around 250-300 Rs.
What should be the ideal maintenance interval for Mpfi Zen? 10000 km as mentioned in the owner's manual or 5000 km to be in the safer side? I serviced my car at A.S.S. at 60000 km, they suggested to service again at 65000 km and now at 66000 km engine oil and others seems fine (I clean air filter at every 1000 km by myself). Any comments guys!
Which is the best engine oil for 2003 model Mpfi Zen?
Hey guys, I am not very happy with the braking capabilities of my zen, and need to know if its possible to put Esteem's brake booster in 2006 MPFI zen? the MASS people says its not possible bcos of lack of space. If its not possible, would changing it to a Wagon R's make any difference? are the brake boosters of Zen & Wagon R the same?
I need to go for a 3 fluids change for MPFI .
Thinking of following
1.Engine oil --searching(any recommendations) + OWS flush decided (cost ?) .
2.Gear box oil ( MASS suggested one and cost ? ) .
3. Radiator flush OWS decided (cost ? ) + which coolant ?
HI, regarding the engine oil, you can choose either MObil 1 or Shell full synthetic oil, i have put shell, but Mobil is better. should cost around 3000+ for a 4lit can.
the flush should cost around 500Rs.

No Synthetic oil , Please suggest best mineral oil for now .
How is Castrol Magnetec 10w-40 for Zen? I think its semi-syncthetic. It costs around 1100 for 4L can.
