A DIY job trying to emulate the new A4.
I'd highly recommend getting the proper aftermarket H/L assembly from UK or US.
Is this car sold in the south east?

It take a hell lot of guts to do this kind of work in that much expensive lights which cost approx.33k without the bulbs and a single bulb will cost you 11k.

Do maths and let me know how much profit share is there in these kind of works..

for led's the alignment is perfect as it's been stucked on lights assembly itself.

Well as all replies which i have read i can understand that it's not looking that much good

as for the reply to

@noidaboy : these are perfectly aligned, it's the camera angle as the angel eyes can't be sticked on to projectors directly

@abix: it cant be twin angel eyes the idea was that ,but after trying the thing has been changed to this type

Light looks perfect with the LED strips switched off, even if they were to add some flavour, they have to be super white, the bluish thing looks like Shaadi lights

For one moment I was about to write a PM to abhinav asking why did he do this to his already very good looking headlights, Then a Relief came to me when i carefully read the whole post.

Full marks for effort, But the lights dont suit the Octy at all, Like abix mentioned Either have Twin CCFL Rings, because the single one looks out of place.

As blueraven correctly mentioned, lights looked good when they are turned off, The smoke effect is good, But when they are turned on they look bad. You need to use better quality LEDs,

Thanks for the comments.

Suggestion wanted :

We have used a strip of continuous LED. After reading the suggestions et all, i have an idea in mind.

What would be better.

3 LEDS , GAP of three LEDS, then 3 LEDs.
ie

ooo___ooo___ooo___ooo___ooo

or

2 LEDS and gap of 3
ie

oo___oo___oo___oo___oo

or 2 LEDS and a gap of 2

oo__oo__oo__oo__oo__oo

Waiting for your suggestions.
And Photoshop job if possible of the three will be appreciated.

As for the blueness in the LEDs, its actually white but dont know why the colour is coming out to be a bit blue.

A brighter LED would be used in the revamp of this light.

Abhinav, here's something which i tried with two projector lamps. In the second pic, i also repaired the non-working LEDs.

EDIT : Abhinav, do you want me to try the on-off arrangement on the setup i posted, ot the original setup which you have on the car?

Hey Benn.
The guy tried the 2 Angel Eyes, but the thing was that the smaller Angel light wasnt available.

Will try to get it sourced.

P.S. Can you do something on the LEDS like

3 led 3 gap
or
2 led 3 gap
or
2 led 2 gap.

I saw something similar here in Calcutta. That Octy also had a Kit Up body kit. Maybe Kit Up is making the setup as well?
