The car is begging for some badging at the back,..be it the suzuki logo or the SWIFT badge.Looks too plain.

Very well done otherwise,..love this look without a bodykit

its removing that top cover thats the tricky part !! i read somewhere that using a hair dryer is the safest but slow way of doing it! some people have done it by putting it in the oven, but there is always a risk of melting down the whole assembly!
what method did you use?

ive been wanting to do this since quite a while now! but have been a little busy! what im planning now is to DIY angel eye projector setup using projector angel eye fog lamps available in the market!
hence im not painting it yet as it will be an issue to re-remove the top cover once painted and glued back!

stove worked fine?? thats kinda risky though seems the kind of process where you could melt or deform parts of the plastic!! im gonna try the hair dryer! if that works nothin safer!! if that doesn't work then ill try n get an industrial hot air blower before i resort to something like putting it in the oven or on top of a stove!!

i think its ok to not paint the whole car in such a case as its just an additional cost for something thats not going to show! im sure there's quite a bit saved as painting the whole car is alot more effort than painting the exterior!
