Blr Boogies 2 my CBR FireBlade RR

I cut my teeth on a '56 Matchless way back in time when Blade meant sharp instrument used to harvest grapes in Bordeaux and Net was worn by fancy ladies to dances. And that was when I could barely balance it. Since '77 I've been a chain-and-sprocket and Infernal Combust freak. Docs tell me there's no cure.

Worked my way up and thru an ex-WD OHV 350 single Triumph (1941), an Enfield Fury, a Hero Puch (don't laugh, they handled beautifully). Took a profession-dictated break for a while with beastly 4 wheels and just couldn't get the octane to divorce the fading DNA so threw caution to the wind and splurged on a Honda FireBlade.
(If you can't see me smile from chicane to chicane, you aren't listening.)

Anyway she's up for sale, so gentlemen who prefer a v sexy blonde in red mink, please call. But, first state your intentions.

Hey, just did on the section suggested by 'karlosdeville'. Can't confirm though that my picture was successfully uploaded as I didn't quite get the hang of the system.

Write me at netchef@rediffmail.com and I'll send you one.
I bought her from a chap locally.

been riding now for almost 10 years now... when petrol was avaailable @Rs 14 per liter

97: first two wheeler 60cc Bajaj Sunny Zip @16 ..really zipped to jr. college on it
99: Dad's Bajaj Chetak 150cc - beauty of a 2 stroke engine. if only it could stop after i raced it to 60+
02: Bajaj Caliber UG ... ride this rock steady bike daily to office... no complains of losing to air headed, uncontrollable 150cc+ bikers at traffic drags as long as it holds good at bad indian roads...

sadly havent riden any other exotic bike. Anyone ready to lend me a Busa for a week? :-)

interesting question hillram,
now its upto the rx-100 users to answer this question.

AFAIK,
RD stands for 2 stroke road contrary to Race Derived for RD 350, wonder what RX stood for!!!

Thanked: Once

Hi,

I started off with a Vijay super 150cc. Learnt driving on the same and even got my 2 wheeler license driving the same.
2nd bike was a TVS Victor used it for about 4 years before falling in love with a 1985 RE Bullet 350cc. Fell for the colour its a purple and ofcourse it goes like a bullet!!
Very soon will be buying a fiat palio...

Regards,
Prasad
