What did you do to it to warrant an overhaul? Do you completely trust the mech?

I bought the CBR for 1.65 lacs. Sold it off for 1.5 lacs after using it for 6 odd months. no roads in Pune to run the beast

the bike wasnt serviced for a couple of years when i bought it
had to change all the spark plugs(each spark plugs costs around 6k each ) and according to the mech
the engine needs reboaring well i am thinking of gettinga 2nd opinion now
and the rear tyre needs a replacement as well so all in all an over haul

paint also needs attention
