Hi

I used to own a lot of small bikes/mopeds brand Zundapp back in Germany (including a KS 175, equal to the Indian Enfield Fury) as well as a few from other brands including a Honda CB 250 DeLuxe and a Suzuky X5/200.

Now i live in Thailand (since 8 1/2 years) and own three bikes:

2x Yamaha RXZ
1x Yamaha VRR

Kind regards.....

Thanh

If a tri-cycle counts as bike then I owned my own 'n'th hand when I turned 3
It was a two seater. It had a luxury back seat and you could relax just like a horse carriage.
And what not I tried on that? It was my own cart on the wheels taking all the orders from room to room, hall to hall and delivering anything and everything from empty plates, empty glases, news papers and even combs and ribbons Hmmm ... my uncle taught me how to stop it crying and the next thing you see grease/oil all over the place and did he repent the wisdom of teaching a 4 year kid how to oil the peadls and wheels?

Oops did I forget to talk about my atlast gold, bsa-slr 5 gear, splendor, bullet electra and my victory marks? mmmm may be some other day!!

I have been riding an Enfield since 2001. One of my friends bought an enfield. Still remember it was around 12 in the night when he landed at our place with his fresh from the showroom enfield. (it was a bullet standard - all black). Had never driven a bullet until then. One ride and i fell in love. A couple of months later, i took delivery of my own bullet (Electra 350).
8 years and the bike still never fails to give me absolute riding pleasure.
Planning to keep this beauty with me as long as i possibly can.

Been riding for 6 years.

First bike: '96 Yamaha RX100 (sold) - I learned riding a bike on this one, had it for 3 years.
Second Bike: '06 Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSI (sold) - used it for only 7 months.
Third Bike: '92 Royal Enfield Standard Bullet 350 (still with me) got in in September last year.

Before all of this I used my sister's Kinetic Honda before getting my license and even before that, used to ride her old Bajaj Sunny when I was in 9th Standard. It was embarrassing even back then =)

Hi Akshay,

Yeah i have recovered well after the Crash on 31 aug last yr, big one which set me back by two months as such. I had a bad crash involving a bad head injury , RHS Paralysys and memory loss. Very complcated fortunately no broken broken bones !!!!!

Rest all fine as of now looking forward for the INRC in 2010!!!

Well To me atleast (i think most of us feel that way) Bikes are like first Love, could not get enough of it, still could not forget it & wish if we still had it we would have done wonders!!!!!!

Coming to what I drove was

Bajaj Chetak 12v electronic Single Seat Black Metalic (just cant stop myself from writing all of it as I used to tell my dad this is actually what I want after IX)
Yamaha RX100 (my first love with bikes started with it)
Royal Enfield 350 Standard
Royal Enfield 535s (Still owns it)

I guess barring RD350 i have had all the best bikes possible at my time.

First "bike" was an Bajaj M80 given to me on my 16th birthday by overprotective parents. used to park it a km away from college and walk down!

first "real" bike was the Yamaha RX-z purchased in 1997: had to save up for a year to buy that! Did my first tours on this bike going as far south as Tarkarli and north to Surat.

Second bike was a Enfield Thunderbird bought in Mar 2004. Went to Leh the next year - and 2 times after that.

Other wheels:
1. 1998 Maruti 800 MPFI Sapphire Blue
2. 1997 Maruti Gypsy King (carb) Police Blue - bought second hand and sold 2 months later!
3. 2007 Maruti Gypsy King (MPFI-Soft Top) Silver Blue.
