I've seen people cutting off the rear mudguard to show off their broader tyre. But I think the owner over did. It must have went something like
Chop..okay..?
A little more
Chop..Okay..?
A little more
Chop..Okay now?
Just a little more

Or perhaps the owner just got so fed up of his neighbour asking for lift .

Boy that is a horrible mod. I'd be embarrassed, let alone ride that contraption. Those cops need to be given a special bonus for standing next to it.

Looks like someone officially complained to the cops to get this bike off the road.

They're just trying to figure out if they should touch it or not

The cops were wondering what bike it actually was.
They were talking and I heard one of them saying that 'its a mix of pulsar and some other bike'

Not quite true... This kind of modification is done for autocross events... I saw this bike run at the Vasa Tumkur Autocross and trust me it was havoc... It came 2nd in a group of 25-30 RX's... Hats off to the rider and the guy who tuned this bike...

Imagine the situation when this guy must have gone to the mechanic/modifier

Biker - I'm here to get my bike modified into a CBR.

Modifier - Sure sir , we are experts in doing that.

Biker - ( After showing a picture of the CBR ) This is how it should look like

Modifier - Sure this can be done but it will cost XXXX amount

Biker - Well i don't have that much so try making something close to it with XXXX amount.

Modifier - Ok sir

( After 15-20 days )

Biker - Show me the bike

Modifier - Here it is

Biker -

So he chose to keep it parked at the place where its parked now.

Does anyone think otherwise?

Love the comment on the license plates. I'd wouldn't be surprised if the owner of the bike wrote that so no one would dare mock at that piece of scrap. They'd probably be so ticked off reading that, that they'd forget to observe this work of art.

I dunno if these two deserve to here, but they sure deserve to be somewhere. Pulsar I got from FB and the other one is from my neighborhood.
