What kind of PIston; Crank are u running?

You should throw the stock running gear; make some money while you do it and upgrade the suspension; the stock gear is not so great unless to spend $500 + to change all internals [As they are more than 20 year old]

What ignition? Stock? Apparately 31K has the best curve [51L marking on CDI]

Those pipes are not 31K pipes; they are either 1UA or the same i have [The end cans should have 51L stamped on them] if yes then you would be running hot unless you do some mods as they are rz250r pipes;

Last question what chain are you running?

Nice Stanc eyour bike's got
The Bike was a 29L 250 the same was converted into 350.
Internals were changed completely around a year back.
CDI is stock
Pipe Cans have been modified as per new specifications
Chain is from Karizma
Pistons Tkrj .50
Crank Stock
The bike is completed by Sumit Speedwayz Noida

I was actually Ok with OEM things because the quality for the same is good and also I was not comfortable spending more on it as I will not be keeping it with me for a longer period or you can say I am planning to upgrade.

Regards

Love live 2-strokes.
The list of work gone into is beyond my intellect. How long did it take you to complete the build. Would like to see the before and after pics.

Re: Yamaha RZR.. dream come true

No plans to make it semi faired. Its gonna be a street fighter. I am posting a before picture below, I got the bike as a non runner. It took me 3 years of planning, buying and learning to do this.

Re: Yamaha RZR.. dream come true

A beautiful mean machine, it clearly pulls in every gear without a hitch, you will feel like to whack open the throttle even more. The suspension on the vehicle is really impressive you will have full confidence and control on the handling.
An awesome build which no one will attempt to go this further in India (period).

Hi bhpians.

I have picked up this machine now.. She still rides smooth but the paint scheme and pipes have been changed. Zeeltronic is no longer firing properly so it's been switched back to stock CDI. Presently it's running on 3rd OS bores.

Thanks

The bike has been with me for more than 2 years now and the journey has been fantastic so far. Many thanks to Deepak for building it from ground up and for Bino for keeping her up over the years. She pulls up really nice and fast and once the power valve opens she gives both or.. and ear.. gasms..

Rode her to Goa once and for many short trips in and around here.. She is definitely a keeper

Re: Yamaha RZR.. dream come true

It's been 4 years since this bike came to me. I don't use it on a daily basis and has done only around 5000 kms after I got hold of it. Still the adrenaline rush it gives me as the YPVS kicks, north of 7k rpm has not faded a bit. The bike now sports a Karnataka plate and is still a head-turner even when parked amongst superbikes

I have taken her to Goa IBW, Pondicherry and for numerous weekend rides in and around Bangalore. It's not been a cake walk living with the bike but I have enjoyed every bit of it.

I did not do any upgrades on the bike till now other than some cosmetic ones like the headlights and handlebar. Posting some pictures of some cosmetic upgrades which I did over these years.

The first pic I received on WhatsApp saying the bike is for sale. Who wouldn't fall for a bike in such condition!

This pic was clicked when I took the bike for a test ride in Goa.

Yamaha RZR.. dream come true-img20190306wa0017.jpg
The first thing I did after the bike came home was to replace the clip on handle bars as I wanted an upright riding position. The mask had to be removed as it couldn't be fixed with the new handlebar in place. It killed the looks but boy, the new riding position is to die for. Now it doesn't handle as good as it did at 120+ kmph speeds but I very rarely do such speeds on a bike.

Round headlights replaced the temporary square ones within a week's time

The Pondicherry trip. The bike now sports an all LED headlight.

Notice the crash guard fitted. I sold this crash guard to a friend later, a decision which I now regret.
