Thanks everyone for all the valuable inputs so far.

So I've decided to instal the 18inch Contra alloy wheels today and also spoke to the concerned person at ProMan as well, really nice guy and took the time to chat. He suggested using 25 mm spacers in the front and 32 mm at the rear. Since I'll be currently on stock 18-inch tyres, would those still be the recommended sizes? I was thinking of going with 32 mm spacers for all 4 tyres. I'm going to using it mostly on highways, and worried about the wear&tear, vibrations and warranty too.

Once they're fitted, I'm considering getting an alignment and balancing done. While I know the dealer will likely handle balancing, would it be better to have both done again?

On a seperate bite, apart from the OEM alloys, are there any options that wouldn't require spacers? Should I be looking at a zero offset or other specifications to avoid using spacers altogether? I do love the contra Fuel alloys wheels and getting it at a good deal.

I opened the tyre a while back and measured this cone on the hub. It's about 10 mm. I don't think fitting a spacer will be a good idea.

Curious, what set up did you go with? Are the Proman spacers hub centric or lug centric?

Most of the alloys have same PCD, but almost all of them have a different bore size. Is this even a challenge? Or I don't need to worry about it? Will a spacer help in this case?

Got this message on WhatsApp from Mahindra Auto SUVs

These are hub-centric as the centre bore is a slide fit on the OEM hub.

Are you sure about this? When you ask something for Roxx, they should offer you the ones that are meant for Roxx CB (central bore)

Spacers can be produced technically to a different size but ProMan did not ask me this. And the wheels that I have fitted, were a slide fit. Pretty similar to OEM if I recollect.

I am sure by now there will be more designs in the market, so you can measure the wheel hub on OEM and match it with what you like. I will also try to measure when I get a chance.

This has started recently and the noise is quite loud and feels like some loose parts are makimg the sound.

Hi yes, I believe I did. Strange knocking as if a key is hanging and colliding against the rack. In fact, I just completed my first service and I am getting these strange underbody noise from the back and front. Taking the vehicle back for inspection. These noises were not there when I gave it for my first service. I have driven a little over 2800 Kms.

Took delivery of my MX3 P AT yesterday, booked online on 3/10/24 at 11:17 AM. Happy to report the vehicle exceeds my expectations and already in love with this guzzler!

Accessories:

1. Mud flaps from Mahindra
2. GFX mats from zapcart
3. Body cover from Mahindra
4. Viofo a119 mini 2 pending installation

No plans for any other mods. Happy to answer any queries :)

I'm not sure what the bore size of the OEM wheels is. I've listed below the size and dimensions of the alloy wheels.

OEM
Wheel size: 18x7.5
PCD: 5x114.3
CB: 63.4 (maybe)

Alloy wheels
Wheel size: 18x9
PCD: 5x114.3
ET: -10
CB: 67.1

I'm thinking of adding a 32mm spacer, but as you can see, the CB doesn't match. I checked Plati and Neo wheels, and they all have a 67.1 CB size. So, either I have the bore size wrong or I'm missing something.

I have doubts on this, per the guy who sold us wheels, OE is 67,1

Proman is also 67,1 both sides. Maybe some other member (Roxx owner) who has access to measuring instrument can check on this. I will also try to measure up and update.

Someone needs to measure this on his Roxx or at service center :)

Please do update once you get it inspected. In my case also the noise surfaced post first service.

Have you taken it back for inspection? I will be taking it tomorrow. The vehicle was absolutely silent before this and I have not been babying it around.Hoping they resolve this.

Thanks, I'll try to measure as well. If the CB is indeed 67.1, then I don't think there's any issue. Unfortunately, I can't find these details in the manual or on the website.

Did you install aftermarket alloy wheels? Did you use a 25mm and 32mm spacer setup? I'm worried that with a -10 offset and a 32mm spacer, it might hit the bumpers on inclines and sharp turns.

I had to go for spacers because the Fuel alloys I went for was rubbing against the front brake calipers without spacers; so not sure if we can expect the same issue for other alloys as well.

I'm considering the same alloys; what spacer did you go for, 32mm or 25mm? Have you tried inclined/decline positions to see if it touches the bumper?

Congratulations!
Don't you get wheel covers as standard fitment?

Finally saw the Nebula Blue color and it looks fantastic !
It was always my favorite color, but I had not seen it in person until now.

I am quite tired by the absence of a clear picture from Mahindra regarding delivery and especially miffed the dealership sales advisor.

Received the below whatsapp message from an ID as it's from Mahindra. But the dealership Salazar at Ghodbunder Road Thane claims it is fraud.

I earlier received a message that my delivery is scheduled between 23rd Feb and 25th Mar 2025.

But the sales guy tells me that my estimated CPD is 8th April 2025 and that is the Mahindra Billing date, the vehicle would be dispatched 5 days after that and then delivered by the dealership to me a further 15 days post that.

Is CPD indeed the Mahindra Factory Billing date?

Is the below message indeed fraud?

How do I cancel my bookings and receive a refund. Pls point me to the relevant link or post regarding this.

Have also booked a couple of XEV 9e Pack 3 but may cancel all.
