Thanks Shyam, I wish I could own it honestly it is slipped from my purview, don't know where that scooter is now as I don't see it in the colony and moreover the owner is also a very elderly person, wish and hope he is hale and healthy. Praying to god that I meet him sometime and will make sure it comes to me. I will consider myself lucky. The one I acquired is also good, healthy body, shape is also good since it was sparingly used it has all the potential to become a pretty scooter. I am planning to get it white color.

Once the vehicle reached Bangalore all minor work has gone in with few enhancements let the pics talk with the new avatar. Rubbing and Polishing was done by myself at home. Need your comments.

Engine pics will be taken and added later in the evening and still few parts which need to go in

Chanu's efforts have paid off very well.
Hearty congratulations for restoring the wasp to such a pristine level.
Hope you procured a matching retro helmet too. Ride Safe.

All the best since you've got the best. I like the pic with the wooden reaper background, have good fun with the Italian lady.

Re: Sembra una vespa! - story of a Wasp to Vespa

Saleem,

Scooter looks great. Mine is almost ready to rock too! By the way, I saw you riding it this past week on Jayamahal Rd -- you cut through the lane at the petrol pump!

What type of tires did you end up using (CEAT or MRF's)? Any recollection on price?

Thanks,
Nikhil

No worries. You were zipping through the petrol bunk and I was going the other direction. If I see you again, I'll definitely stop you!
