RR Ghost by me,

P.S.- In my college days, I used to draw cars to pass time during those "interesting" Chemistry, Zoology and Botany lectures , after graduation never got a chance to draw anything other than graphs and maps, but time changes and thanks to corona virus, here I am trying to revive my inner da Vinci .

Benefits of Covid-19? Yeah...!!!

Your paintings don't look anything like paintings. Its so easy to mistake them for photographs. The perfect rendition of dimensions, clean lines, attention to details, and near perfect colouring all contribute to that super realistic effect. The Panamera is simply fantastic. Thank you for sharing the joy of your creations with us.

Have you been formally trained in art? And is this your profession? Do you have dabble in watercolours or oils as well?

Any website where we can see all your work? I know I'd love to see more.

" Life doesn't come with a manual. It comes with a mother."
My tribute to all mothers on this Mother's day.

That is a really beautiful rendition in pencil.

Art and me don't mix and I remain, even at this age, perplexed at how such drawings are made especially the angle and depth. In the 7th standard at the Parents-Teachers day my art teacher, rather exasperatedly, told my mother that she'd seen kids who flunked in maths or physics but never one who flunked in art. And so it has been.

Looking forward to more from all of you who draw and paint.

Sir, thank you for your motivating words. I too flunked the drawing school in my early days and never went back to the classes. Now I feel it was a terrible mistake in my life. Once upon a time I used to enjoy painting but had lost interest in between. I guess i'm re-discovering the old me again.

My formal education is in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Of course, the Engineering Graphics and Machine Designing has helped me. But above all, these are fueled by the passion for automobiles and practice. And I do this professionally. I haven't tried watercolors or oil paints yet. Will surely post them here, when I try them.
