Fast, slow, fast fast slow

Anyone tried driving listening to Poe - Hey Pretty

Why you might be interested... lyrics from the start of the song..

Keiri suggested we go for a drive in her new 2-door bmw coupe
In the parking lot, we slipped into her bucket seats
Keiri took over from there.
At nearly 90 miles per hour she zipped us up to that windy edge
Known to some as mullholland, that sinuous road running the
ridge of the santa monica mountains
Where she then proceeded to pump her vehicle in and out of turns
Sometimes dropping down to 50 miles per hour, only to
immediately gun it back up to 90 again
Fast, slow, fast fast slow
Sometime a wide turn sometimes a quick one she preferred the
tighter ones
The sharp controlled jerks, swinging left to right before
driving back to the right
Only so she could do it all over again until after enough speed,
and
Enough wind, and more distance than I had been prepared to
expect
Taking me to parts of the city I rarely think of and never
visit...

Haha... did you see her at that awards ceremony and its after party, I still wonder why she bothers wearing any clothes when it's all see through anyway!

Another few songs I remember cause I heard em just this morning: Black & I am mine by Pearl Jam, I touch myself by this old band called the Divinyls, Don't fear the reaper by blue oyster cult, high hopes by pink floyd (pulse version, the vid is so amasing... what visualization i say!), there there by radiohead, 'daddy, brother, lover, little boy' and addicted to that rush by Mr. Big, I don't wanna be by gavin degraw, fever for the flava by hot action cop (it's a must watch vid for all ya street glow junkies, also has a mod car humping a trailer truck!), Ashes in the fall by RATM, Dice by Finley Quaye & William Orbit and Whatever by our lady peace. Getting addicted to james blunt too for some reason. And yes..all these songs just so happened to be from one of my fav assorted cd's!

Godspeed.

Alok.

right now am listening to Cat Stevens, awesome album called "Foreigner" of 1972 vintage. Listen to alot of 70's rock and folk, a bit of opera. In fact got to like opera because I had to listen to it for a three-hour drive to Belgaum in uncle's car in 1975. The third time around it starts making sense and you like it. An acquired taste. Try it!
